I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Miguel, our personal concierge, was amazing. They were extremely responsive and helpful, even going out of their way on their day off to meet our needs. The apartments were clean and spacious, with a large balcony. The location was perfect, very close to the beach and within walking distance to many good restaurants. The hotel facilities, including the pool and grounds, were well-maintained.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the action, just a short walk from Fifth Avenue. Guests can enjoy dining options down at the local restaurant or explore the various shops and amenities in the area. Moreover, the hotel is situated right next to the beach side of the building, allowing guests easy access to the beautiful sandy shores.
There is one negative aspect to note. Some guests have reported occasional noxious smells on the beach, although this did not deter them from swimming.

My recent stay at The Elements was absolutely amazing! The apartment was beautiful and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were big and comfortable, and having 2 bathrooms was a great convenience. The highlight was definitely the nice and big swimming pool, as well as the good Jacuzzi. The views of the ocean from the apartment were breathtaking. Plus, the staff maintained everything impeccably clean. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful vacation experience.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the beach and local restaurants. Guests can enjoy reasonable prices down the beach, as well as dine at the nearby restaurant. The rooms offer great views and are equipped with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the staff provides excellent service and is always available to assist guests with their needs.
There are some cleanliness issues in the property, such as insects and dirt on arrival.

We had a fantastic time at The Elements Oceanfront & Beachside Condo. The view from our spacious, beautifully decorated apartment was breathtaking. We loved having direct access to the private beach, and the pool area was pristine. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the city center. We also appreciated the washer and dryer in the unit. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Playa del Carmen.

We had an amazing stay here! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the city centre and right next to a beautiful public beach. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious beachfront hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the bustling streets of the city center but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. I loved being able to relax on the long stretch of the beach right next to the hotel, it was absolutely stunning. The hotel provided excellent services and amenities, such as a well-equipped gym and a helpful and friendly management staff. The apartment itself was spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a stunning ocean view. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi were also great additions, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring.
